FACILITIES
A state-of-the-art, 2800 square foot Training Facility is located on the first floor of the Robins & Morton Corporate Office building in Birmingham Alabama. Training classes, as well as Sales, Corporate and Operations meetings, are currently being held in this facility. With all the latest technology available, it is equipped to handle lectures, presentations, and computer training, as well as providing refreshments and lunches. Training capabilities have expanded to include participants in our division offices through videoconferencing.
CLASSES
Class offerings are directed to meet the needs and build the skills of Robins & Morton employees. Classes are categorized into elective, mandatory or core. Elective classes can be taken as desired. Certain individuals or employee groups are asked to attend mandatory classes. Core classes are taken according to Training Goals.
GOAL
Our goal is to provide quality directed training with interesting and relevant classes for all employees in order to support their growth and enhance their value to the company. In order to accomplish this, Operations personnel are required to take minimum, of three courses, two of which will be core courses. All other personnel are required to take a minimum of two courses one of which will be a core course.
SERVICES
The Training Center is equipped to handle 24 attendees for each lecture style class or 16 for computer training. Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments and a variety of lunches are provided.
