SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Brief Description: Manage all long-term risk on multiple projects. Manage Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers assigned to these projects. Manage preconstruction services on all assigned projects. Achieve all profit, time quality and customer satisfaction objectives on projects. Minimum of 7 – 10 years experience as Project Manager with 4-year college degree or equivalent. Thorough knowledge of cost systems, forecasting, and scheduling required. Evaluate and interpret all contract documents.

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
Brief Description: Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on projects ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified. Ability to handle multiple projects while serving as the Robins & Morton representative on the Owner-Architect-Contractor team. Minimum experience of 7 to 10 years as Project Superintendent.
