Description: Robins & Morton provided construction management services on a replacement medical clinic for Auburn University. The 40,000 square-foot facility doubled the size of the existing facility and includes a counseling service, women’s center, x-ray lab, 50 patient rooms, new pharmacy, massage therapy and a recovery room. In addition to new state-of-the-art facilities, parking spaces for the clinic doubled making the facility more accessible and accommodating for students and faculty. The new facility tripled the number of patient rooms, ensuring a dramatic decrease in wait times. Additionally, more storage rooms now accommodate the thousands of records that are kept as the transition to electronic documents becomes increasingly popular.
