Description: Over three years, Robins & Morton worked with 15 general contractors, four architects, three interior designers and government officials to produce what would be 640,000 sq. ft. of exhibition hall, products mart, a hotel and a parking deck for the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center Authority. As the construction manager, it was Robins & Morton’s job to successfully oversee all facets of the $123 million project and to deliver it on schedule and within budget.
