Description: The BPI Warehouse is a high bay storage facility for a Carpet Distributer. The concrete on this project was self performed. The building has a steel structure with a bar joist roof system sloping in one direction to a gutter with down spouts and a modified bitumen roof. It includes a small office area for management and four loading dock doors with equipment (dock levelers and bumpers).
