Description: Developed by Inkana Health Care, the $30 million Governors Medical Tower is jointly owned by local physicians, the hospital and Inkana. Huntsville Hospital leases the land containing the four-story, 124,500 sq. ft. building to the ownership group. The project team also constructed a 5 1/2 story pre-cast concrete parking deck, which added 468 parking spaces. This project has won a North Alabama ABC Excellence in Construction – Merit Award
