Description: The MaineGeneral Medical Center, New Regional Hospital comprises approximately 600,000 square feet of building on four levels located on MaineGeneral’s campus in North Augusta. Work will also include surface parking, site circulation and access roadways, storm water management, underground utilities feeders and distribution, and landscaping. The site is approximately 172 Acres of rolling fields, intersected by Stone Brook, an environmentally significant stream and a small tributary. The site has formerly been a dairy farm and most recently a golf course. The HACCC has been constructed on 35 Acres of this campus separated from this location by Stone Brook.
