Description: Robins & Morton provided preconstruction and construction management services for a replacement facility at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center. This project included a new medical center and a women’s and children’s center joined together by a shared central utility plant. Robins & Morton saved the owner, Hillcrest Health System, $21.8 million and completed the new Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center five months ahead of schedule. At the end of every Robins & Morton project, a third party surveys each client on preconstruction activities, post-construction activities, miscellaneous comments and overall ratings. The Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center project received a 100% customer satisfaction rating from our client, quite an accomplishment for a project of this size.
