Description: The Miller Creek Apartments project involves the new construction of a 330-unit apartment community in Memphis, Tenn. The $31 million project is being developed by Birmingham based Miller Creek Residences, LLC and features 18 buildings on 20 acres as part of the Forest Hill Heights Planned Development. Plans call for three-story apartment buildings with the addition of a clubhouse, outdoor pool and community park.
