Description: From 2005 to 2007, Robins & Morton constructed a series of six bank branch offices for Redstone Federal Credit Union. The projects, totaling over $13 million, required collaboration between owner, contractor and architect to get each bank completed on schedule and on budget. Robins & Morton worked with architects JH Partners of Huntsville, Alabama to complete three of the branch offices located in Arab, Scottsboro and Hampton Cove, Alabama. In April 2005, Robins & Morton finalized construction to the Arab Branch Office (9,200 sq. ft., $3.6 million) and the Scottsboro Branch Office (8,800 sq. ft., $1.8 million). Three months later, we completed the Hampton Cove Branch Office (8,800 sq. ft., $1.8 million), a 2005 ABC Alabama Excellence in Construction award winner. Fuqua & Partners Architects of Huntsville, Alabama was the project architect on two projects finishing in March 2006, the Decatur Branch (8,800 sq. ft. $1.4 million) in Decatur, Alabama and the Winchester Road Branch Office (8,800 sq. ft., $2.3 million) in Huntsville, Alabama. Also designed by Fuqua & Partners, the Hwy. 53 and Jeff Road Branch Office (10,200 sq. ft. $2.2 million) in Harvest, Alabama was ready to open in June 2007.
