Description: Robins & Morton has teamed with Corporate Realty Development, LLC and Brasfield & Gorrie as the development team charged with the design and construction of the 8,500-seat stadium and surrounding family fun-park and picnic area. Located adjacent to Railroad Park on 1st Avenue South, the ballpark will have a significant impact on revitalizing downtown Birmingham by supporting local businesses, creating new jobs and offering exciting entertainment options in the city. Robins & Morton and joint venture partner A. G. Gaston Construction Company, Inc. are serving as the general contractor on the project.
