Robins & Morton Wins Prestigious National Award for HR/Benefits Video

The winner of the prize for Best HR/Benefits Communication Video in PR Daily’s 2013 Video Awards is the construction and engineering firm Robins & Morton, headquartered in Birmingham, Ala.

Robins & Morton and Cayenne Creative, decided to take a complicated health plan and make a health benefits video that outlines R&M’s CDHP (Consumer-Driven Health Plan) PLUS and breaks it down into memorable choices.

In three minutes, the video makes it clear without a hard sell that for workers who adopt the simple wellness exercise program at R&M, the best plan is R&M’s own CDHP PLUS + HSA.

While the national communication award is nice, clearly communicating new, complex health plan options with over 1,000 employees was the real prize for engineering and construction firm Robins & Morton.
