Robins & Morton’s Nashville Office Named Best Places to Work

Healthcare Contractor one of Nashville Business Journal’s 2014 Honorees

The Nashville Business Journal announced Robins & Morton’s local office as a 2014 Best Places to Work honoree in the 10-25 employee category. The award celebrates Middle Tennessee companies with high employee morale, engagement and retention.

“We are a family-oriented company,” said Senior Vice President Jim Poole, “and we want people to enjoy working for our company.”

Employees in the Nashville office responded to a survey facilitated by Quantum Workplace in January and rated Robins & Morton in key engagement categories such as team effectiveness, trust in senior leadership and manager effectiveness. Responses factored into a composite score which ranked the company among the top in its size.

“We try to go above and beyond for our biggest asset: our people,” Poole said. “They take care of our clients and demonstrate the corporate values of service and integrity through their actions.  In return, we want to take care of them by making Robins & Morton a great place to work.”

Robins & Morton will be recognized with other honorees during an awards luncheon on April 16 where the top three scorers in size categories will be announced. The company will also be profiled in a special section of the April 18 Nashville Business Journal.
