Robins & Morton provides a comprehensive workforce consisting of all major crafts, including civil/structural, mechanical, electrical as well as start-up and commissioning. We utilize subcontracts for specialty work such as piling, painting and insulation. Direct control of skilled labor allows us the ability to optimize cost and schedule performance, while executing projects to the highest safety standards.
To provide a quality workforce, Robins & Morton requires NCCER credentials to confirm journey level competencies and validation of correlating wages. We offer onsite NCCER training programs for craft and supervisors, providing our employees with the tools to further their education and fine tune their skill set.
