Integrated Project Delivery

In the 1970’s a new construction methodology began to emerge that encouraged collaboration among owner, contractor and architect and provided delivery options outside of the traditional design-bid-build mentality. Robins & Morton was one of the first contractors to implement this partnering approach and has continued to advance this concept to better serve the unique needs of our clients.

Today, new delivery models based on lean construction principles are emerging that further maximize efficiency and collaboration of the project team. We are a proponent of what we have coined “Innovative Project Delivery” which incorporates functional elements of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) with traditional delivery methods. We welcome the opportunity to present our unique perspective on IPD and the benefits of this new approach.
