In addition to the variety of activities Robins & Morton projects across the country initiate during Safety Week, perhaps one of the most iconic is the team banner signing.
During this activity, a banner with the phrase, “I work safe because…” is signed by every member of the onsite team, accompanied with reasons why they work safe. The phrases, “my children” or “my family,” often dominate the banners. This year, we decided to have the experts (a.k.a. kids of our employees) share their construction and safety knowledge with us. We hope you enjoy their perspectives and remember why Safety Week is not only this week, but every week.
