Robins & Morton receives Training Support Facility construction contract at Fort Rucker

Robins & Morton’s Government Services Division was awarded the new $33 million Training Support Facility at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

This contract, awarded by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District, includes the construction of a new two-story structure that will provide clear-span maintenance areas for multiple aircraft parts simultaneously. Located adjacent to the existing Army Aviation Museum, it will provide indoor, environmentally controlled training and storage space for decommissioned and historic military aircraft, weapons, and other artifacts. The project also includes underground utilities, paving, access roads, storm drainage, exterior, site lighting, site improvements, landscaping, underground communications infrastructure to connect the new facility, and all applicable AT/FP (Antiterrorism/Force Protection) measures.
