Robins & Morton mitigated risks by conducting a laser scan after ceiling demolition, which allowed the team to accurately locate existing overflow storm piping that needed to remain in place per the client’s request. Early identification of the need for customized linear diffusers ensured that this discovery did not delay the project. By proactively addressing these issues, the team was able to keep the renovation on track and avoid complications that could have impacted the schedule or patient safety.
