Field-Tested Ingenuity

Great ideas often start on the jobsite. Our Innovation Services team provides a platform to bring those ideas to life. From 3D-printed drill attachments to custom prism mounts, we prototype, test, and refine tools that our teams use to enhance their work every day.

Innovation Services uses a plan-do-check-adjust (PDCA) approach, working side by side with our teams to solve problems, test solutions in the field, and generate iterative improvements. It’s all about continuous improvement and real results.

Collaboration at the Core

Innovation Services is housed in our Birmingham office’s Innovation Lab. While the Lab is a physical space for development, testing, and collaboration, it’s also the landing zone for a companywide network. Innovation Services connects innovators across our company, sharing knowledge and scaling the best ideas to benefit every project and client.
