Robins & Morton Marks Topping Out of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Pasco County

Construction firm Robins & Morton joined Johns Hopkins on May 8 to celebrate the topping out of the new Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

The topping out ceremony marks a significant milestone with the placement of the final steel beam, signifying the structural completion of the project.

The five-story, 239,000-square-foot hospital will include 56 beds, a 16-room emergency center, 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, and clinic space with room to grow with the community. Additionally, the complex will include four imaging rooms, four operating rooms, and support services.

The project also includes a full-service pharmacy, sleep laboratory, and a 25,000-square-foot ambulatory outpatient center, as well as dining, outdoor spaces, and meeting space.

“We are grateful for the trust Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital has placed in us to deliver this facility for our community,” Operations Manager Bryan Durkin said. “We are excited to work toward the completion of this project, which will have a lasting, positive impact on children and families for many years to come.”

The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
