Robins & Morton Ranks No. 1 for Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces

Robins & Morton has once again been named among the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces for 2026, ranking No. 1 in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry for the third year in a row.

The list represents organizations leading the way in providing adoption and foster care benefits and recognizing the need for this life-changing support.

In its 20th year, the list includes a diverse group of organizations representing 22 industries. The Foundation partnered with RTI International, an independent, nonprofit research institute, to survey employers across the United States and score participants based on three criteria: financial reimbursement, paid leave, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits. In addition to the 100 Best and Adoption Advocates lists, the Foundation ranks employers by size, industry, paid leave, foster care benefits and impact.

Robins & Morton offers a robust Adoption Assistance Program, featuring paid time off to complete the adoption process plus parental leave. Eligible team members can also request financial reimbursement of qualifying adoption expenses up to $14,000.
