Corporate Responsibility

From jobsites to community events, we at Robins & Morton work hard to create a lasting, positive impact in everything we do. Our motto, “Building with Purpose®,” is more than a tag line; it is who we are and what we do. Robins & Morton is fortunate to have caring employees who find great value in giving their time, energy, and financial support to a greater cause. It is from this passion that “Giving with Purpose” was created.

Our intent is to instill purpose not only in the hearts of our team members, but also in the lives of those we touch. Over the years, our organization has grown, and through partnerships with organizations meaningful to our communities, our team members are helping build better, stronger communities. Every day, our team members reach out to those in need through charitable initiatives, volunteer organizations, and community outreach programs, and they are making a tangible difference.

Corporate Giving

Since the inception of “Giving with Purpose,” we have streamlined the process for our team members, trade contractor partners, and members of our community to submit charitable giving requests and opportunities.

It is important to note that Robins & Morton coordinates a majority of its upcoming fiscal year by developing a “giving plan” based on applications received throughout the current year. Requests may be submitted throughout the calendar year, but must be submitted at least 90 days prior to an event using the online submission form below. Please know that the earlier in the calendar year you can submit your request, the better.

General Criteria

Please note that the guidelines below must be met for all requests. Furthermore, a cover letter on company letterhead containing all pertinent information must be submitted when completing the request. Requests must be received at least 90 days in advance of the event. While all requests will be considered, completion of this form does not guarantee that Robins & Morton will be able to fulfill your request.

Guidelines

We WILL consider requests that:

  • Give special attention to charities that promote the well-being of children.
  • Assist organizations that benefit the communities in the areas we work or serve.
  • Assist organizations that target economic development in our area, bring business or jobs to our communities, or help low-income or underserved communities.

We WILL NOT consider requests that:

  • Assist individuals raising money to go on a trip where the benefit is not to a team, school, or the community, but to the individual (Example: student ambassador programs, student leadership conferences, cheerleader competitions, etc.).
  • Assist individuals seeking pledges for charity walks.
  • Assist schools that are not state-approved or organizations that are outside of our business area.
  • Provide contributions for events/activities that have already occurred.
  • Raise money for political organizations or candidates for public office.
  • Are sensitive, controversial/harmful, or pose a potential conflict of interest to Robins & Morton.
  • Assist organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, color, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, or veteran status.

Prior to completing this form, please refer to our guidelines above to determine if this organization qualifies for consideration. As the requestor, you are responsible for, but are not limited to: tent setup and tear down, volunteer coordination, check requests, etc.
