Paradise Pointe of Ormond Beach and construction firm Robins & Morton recently celebrated the grand opening of the locally owned and operated three-story, 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community.
Following the January 7 ribbon cutting, future residents and their families, community members and local business leaders participated in guided tours of the luxury, resort-style setting that includes 87 private apartments, a full-service restaurant with outdoor seating, fitness center, billiards room, movie theater and spa. Taking advantage of its surroundings, Paradise Pointe also includes walking paths, a pond, extensive outdoor spaces and courtyards, along with a playground for visiting grandchildren.
“Paradise Pointe is owned and operated by local physicians, nurses and those who have a focus on keeping residents safe and healthy in a homelike environment,” said Chief Executive Officer Darlinda Copeland. “The design of the facility is based on improving the life and wellbeing of aging adults. It is our mission to keep our community intimate, small and comfortable so every care team member knows each and every resident.”
“We are honored to have built Paradise Pointe, bringing their vision of care for the community to life,” Robins & Morton Senior Vice President Bruce Adams said. “We share their excitement in the grand opening of this beautiful facility.”
Paradise Pointe is located at 350 Clyde Morris Boulevard and is now taking reservations.
BPF Design Incorporated of Daytona Beach is the architect. Robins & Morton is the general contractor.
