Construction firm Robins & Morton and AdventHealth West Florida Division celebrated the ribbon cutting of AdventHealth Care Pavilion Central Pasco on Aug. 7 in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.
The two-story, 28,605-square-foot facility includes 24 patient beds, two procedure rooms, and an imaging suite featuring MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography, and bone density rooms. A lab and babysitting area complete the space.
“The AdventHealth Care Pavilion Central Pasco provides a suite of ambulatory services and physicians in a rapidly growing part of Pasco County,” said Ardith Tennant, West Market Care Pavilion Director for AdventHealth West Florida Division. “We are thrilled to provide state-of-the-art technology and easy access to high-quality healthcare for the families in this wonderful community. This is part of AdventHealth’s commitment to bringing high-quality, whole-person healthcare to where people live, work, and go to school.”
The pavilion is adjacent to AdventHealth Central Pasco Emergency Department, which was previously built by Robins & Morton.
“We are grateful for the longstanding relationship and trust AdventHealth has placed in us to deliver another facility that will increase access to healthcare for the Central Pasco community,” Robins & Morton Operations Manager Todd Watson said. “We look forward to seeing the positive impact the pavilion will have in the years to come.”
Robins & Morton served as the general contractor, and HuntonBrady served as the architect.
