Construction firm Robins & Morton has completed work on two projects at Redstone Gateway in Huntsville, Alabama.
A one-floor, 7,019-square-foot office space renovation in the RG 8100 building includes a conference room, private offices, cubicle areas, and a breakroom. The space will be occupied by Camgian.
Additionally, the final space to be completed in the Redstone Gateway 9700 building was a suite that includes office and showroom areas in the front and nearly 11,000 square feet of high bay research and development space in the back. The space also features drive-in and docking capabilities. The space will be occupied by IPG Photonics.
“The continued growth of Redstone Gateway with these two projects mark another exciting milestone for this area, and we look forward to seeing these spaces utilized by exceptional tenets for many years ahead,” Robins & Morton Division Manager Mitch Coley said.
Robins & Morton was the general contractor for the projects. McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture was the architect for the Redstone Gateway 8100 project. Nola I VanPeursem Architects was the architect for the Redstone Gateway 9700 project.
