Robins & Morton ranked third on Modern Healthcare magazine’s list of the country’s top general contractors.
The list ranked companies by the total construction cost of completed healthcare projects in 2024. Last year, Robins & Morton completed $1.8 billion in healthcare projects encompassing 3.5 million square feet. The company has ranked among Modern Healthcare’s top 10 since the list’s inception 39 years ago.

Robins & Morton stands out among the top healthcare contractors in that it generated 75% of its revenue from healthcare projects last year.
Notable healthcare projects completed in 2024 include UHealth Doral Medical Center; AdventHealth Riverview; Jupiter Medical Center Johnny and Terry Gray Surgical Institute; Cone Health MedCenter Asheboro; UofL Health – South Hospital; AdventHealth Winter Haven ER; Tsali Care Center; and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Medical Office Building.
In 2025, Robins & Morton has begun, continued, and will complete several major hospital projects, including UHealth SoLe Mia in South Florida and Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital’s $350 million Crystal Spring Tower in Roanoke, Virginia.
