On Aug. 17, Dr. Patrick Wilson, Robins & Morton, and Fuqua & Partners Architects celebrated the groundbreaking of a new plastic surgery center in Huntsville.
The two-story, over 13,000-square-foot facility will feature a surgery center, a clinic space, and a medspa. Once the construction is complete, Wilson Plastic Surgery will rebrand as Huntsville Plastic Surgery. Robins & Morton’s Huntsville office is managing the construction and Huntsville-based Fuqua & Partners Architects designed the facility.
Huntsville Plastic Surgery will be the only plastic surgery center in the state to have a certificate of need (CON), which enables them to perform both cosmetic and insurance surgery. It will be located in the new Lendon Commercial District at 2620 Carl T Jones Drive.
“Having our own state of the art surgery center will enable us to provide our patients with a higher level of safety, privacy, and convenience,” Dr. Wilson said. “It will also allow us to be more flexible in scheduling and accommodating our patients.”
Construction is scheduled for completion in late summer 2022.
