Preconstruction. Our Preconstruction department lays the groundwork for project success through our Building Forward® approach to Integrated Preconstruction. This team goes beyond estimates and schedules, serving clients and design teams with a blend of services that best meets their needs.
Preconstruction Career Path
VDC. The Virtual Design and Construction team helps our projects both plan and implement customized operational technology strategies. From drone flights and augmented/virtual reality modeling to BIM coordination and many other services, the VDC team keeps our project teams functioning at peak efficiency, aided by technology.
Scheduling. Through collaboration among all project stakeholders, our Scheduling department creates reliable project plans, presenting them in ways that are easy to understand. Throughout the project lifecycle, they conduct analyses to improve team performance and support successful project delivery.
Safety. The Safety team guides our entire organization in implementing our Human Performance Operating Philosophy, and each project has a designated safety team member for support. Strengthened by our Building Forward® approach, the team leads training, field compliance, and management of our Safety Management System (SMS).

Self-Perform Work. We embrace builder-first delivery, and our Self-Perform Work team supports this effort through concrete, drywall, general works, and low-voltage services.
