The North Mississippi Medical Center Crossover Medical Plaza is a three-story, 46,500-square-foot outpatient facility in Tupelo, Mississippi. Developed for North Mississippi Health Services, the medical plaza brings urgent care and specialty services together in one accessible location. The facility includes urgent care, dermatology, retina, and ophthalmology clinics, as well as the first dedicated pediatric urgent care in the North Mississippi region to operate seven days a week.
The project was designed to simplify access to timely care by placing a range of services under one roof. Delivering a multi-specialty outpatient facility required detailed coordination of distinct clinical programs, patient circulation, building systems, and operational requirements. Robins & Morton led the construction effort, working collaboratively with the client, design team, and trade contractors to maintain focus on quality and the needs of future patients, families, and care providers.
Robins & Morton served as general contractor for the project, helping North Mississippi Health Services create a convenient healthcare destination for the community. The completed facility expands access to care while supporting a more connected patient experience. Through disciplined planning and field execution, Robins & Morton helped deliver a patient-centered environment that will serve North Mississippi residents for years to come.
