Robins & Morton and COPT Defense Properties completed the Redstone Gateway 8100 building in Huntsville, Alabama.
The five-story, 125,000-square-foot office building is located on Rideout Road, just outside Gate 9 at Redstone Arsenal, and is adjacent to the five-story RG8200/RG8300 Northrop Grumman R&D campus buildings completed by Robins & Morton.
Building 8100’s addition to the Redstone Gateway development brings more Class A leasable square footage immediately adjacent to Redstone Arsenal and the Huntsville community.
The project was the fourth multi-story tilt-wall building constructed by Robins & Morton in the office park since 2020.
