Construction firm Robins & Morton joined Universal Health Services, Inc. to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital expansion on June 24 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The single-story, 68,593-square-foot, freestanding behavioral health facility was built on the existing Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital campus and includes 90 beds, 30 of which are for adolescents. The facility also has a kitchen and dining area, half-court gym and activity therapy spaces, and administration space.

“The ribbon cutting of the Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital expansion marks a meaningful milestone for both our project team and the community we’re proud to serve,” Robins & Morton Operations Manager Ashley Dyer said. “From early planning through construction, this team has remained committed to delivering a high-quality facility that expands access to critical behavioral healthcare services. We’re honored to see this vision become a reality and to support Cedar Ridge in making a lasting, positive impact for patients and families across the region.”

Robins & Morton served as the general contractor for the project. Stengel Hill Architecture was the architect.
