The Value of a Mentor

The Value of a Mentor from Robins & Morton on Vimeo.

It’s often hard to place a dollar value on a mentor relationship, but George Butler can. Since George started with Robins & Morton five years ago as an hourly laborer, he has worked his way into a salaried foreman position with the guidance and motivation of Superintendent Ryan Van Dyke. Through hard work, commitment and support, George has not only reached a variety of professional goals, but has also achieved personal, off-the-job goals. Likewise, Robins & Morton has gained a driven, skilled and loyal family member. To learn more, check out George’s story above.
