As construction manager, Robins & Morton provides preconstruction and construction management and coordination services to the owner as contractually obligated within a guaranteed maximum price. These services, in general, are staff functions that furnish detailed information and recommendations to the owner for executive action. The owner’s directives are then monitored by the construction manager for compliance by the designer, consultant, and trade contractors.
Robins & Morton will form a relationship with the owner that establishes a singleness of purpose related to the project. We can then anticipate the needs of the owner so the exchange of information, development of recommendations, and receipt of executive approval is an ongoing, almost intuitive process.
