Description: The Auburn University Science Laboratory Center project included the construction of three buildings and three phases of construction in the heart of Auburn University’s campus. The first phase of construction involved partially demolishing the three floor, 81,000-square-foot chemistry building, Saunders Hall, and removing the University’s medical cottage. Phase two, the construction of the complex, included a five-story, 105,000-square-foot laboratory building; a two-story, 31,000-square-foot classroom and administration building; and a 300-seat, 9,600-square-foot auditorium.
