Description: Robins & Morton managed the transformation of over 33,000 square feet in Samford University’s residence halls, increasing occupancy to 159 beds prior to the start of the 2011 fall semester. The renovation was conducted within an extremely aggressive twelve week stacked schedule and required complex coordination among various team members. Additional project challenges included relocation of complex underground utilities and restoring the exterior of the historic structure to that of the original building, completed 50 years ago.
