Westover Hills Baptist Hospital

After extensive studies evaluating the medical needs in west San Antonio, Baptist Health System decided to build a new, $230 million hospital. They awarded the project to Robins & Morton, and construction began in July 2022, with a formal groundbreaking ceremony in October.

Once complete in 2024, the five-story, 104-bed facility will encompass approximately 255,000 square feet and will sit on a 72-acre campus. The hospital will offer emergency, imaging, lab, obstetric, surgical and outpatient services. Special features include a garden-level floor that incorporates landscaping, a hardscape, and water feature in the outdoor dining area. There will also be shell space for future growth.

The hospital was designed by ESa and is being constructed by Robins & Morton San Antonio.
