Community Involvement

 A Purpose You Experience

It’s important to understand something about the people of Robins & Morton. When we begin a project, the job comes to occupy a big part of our lives. It’s a commitment way beyond 9-to-5, and during the course of the project, almost inevitably, something amazing will happen. We become more than a contractor to the people of the hospital we are building. In many unexpected ways we become friends. So it’s nothing unusual for our people to undertake projects outside of the job, on their own. Helping build a ball field nearby. Helping a hospital employee by building a wheelchair ramp into her house. It’s not company policy, but it is an integral part of our culture. While they work, our people have in the back of their minds that they are building more than a hospital; they are helping build the community.
