Description: The Integrated Pain Management project included demolition of all floors, and selective demolition of existing walls, doors, ceilings, speakers, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, nurse call, and medical gas. New walls and ceilings were built to allow for the new room functions. The nurse call system was completely replaced. The following existing systems were altered and/or added onto: sprinkler, fire alarm, HVAC, medical gas, plumbing, lighting, and voice/data. Doors and hardware were installed along with new flooring, paint, vinyl wall covering, wall protection, and casework. Extensive coordination with the Facility was required throughout the project as well as infection control and interim life safety measures.
