Description: Brooke Army Medical Center Building 3600 (450 bed, 1.5 million SF) at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, underwent a complete design for repairs. All electrical and mechanical systems were designed to be upgraded, including the installment of a new HVAC unit that was better fit to hand the large load. The architectural design took place to turn the first floor into the most functioning Dermatology Clinic within the allotted space.
